Switchpoint is a Utah nonprofit helping individuals and families move from homelessness to long-term stability. As the region’s largest provider of comprehensive homelessness services, we operate 13 facilities across four counties.

Join Switchpoint as we break ground on Fairpark Phase 3, expanding our mission to provide stability, dignity, and hope for those we serve. For over a decade, Switchpoint has grown beyond shelter to develop deeply affordable housing communities that create lasting pathways to stability and opportunity. Fairpark Phase 3 continues this legacy—adding 76 new units dedicated to seniors and veterans, the fastest-growing populations experiencing homelessness.
Senior homelessness has risen 42%, driven by increasing rents and limited fixed incomes. Veteran homelessness has increased 36%, with nearly half of those affected over the age of 65. Together, we’re building more than housing—we’re building futures
