You are always being interviewed in life.  Your reputation and personal brand are constantly in development and demonstrated by your character, relationships, habits and etiquette.

As a business owner you will need to know how to interview perspective employees. You will want to be able to ask the most relevant interview questions to get an idea of how these interviewees will best fit in with what you need in an employee. You should also know how to answer their questions and adequately explain what your business does and the direction you are headed, this will ensure you hire the type of employees you need to help run and grow your business.  

It is important to be able to present yourself in a professional manner, whether you are interviewing potential employees, asking for a business loan or meeting with investors.
