State of Inflation Town Hall Meeting Featuring Senator Lee and Congressman Moore

Inflation hit another high in February 2022, marking the worst numbers since 1982 for American consumers. The new number, measured by the Consumer Price Index, sits at 7.9 percent. Federal Reserve Chairman Jerome Powell indicated that the Fed is prepared to accelerate interest rate increases to combat inflation.
