Utah businesses interested in growing their global markets in Japan may apply to join the upcoming State of Utah Trade Mission to Japan from April 20 to 24. As the world's fourth largest buyer of American products and the world's third-largest economy, Japan is a market that should be considered by all American exporters. Partner organizations on the trade mission are the Utah Governor's Office of Economic Development, the World Trade Center Utah and the U.S. Foreign Commercial Service. For applications to attend this trade mission, please visit http://business.utah.gov/trade-missions/japan-2015/. All applicants will be able to apply for business-to-business meetings using Gold Key Service provided by the U.S. Commercial Service. Utah small businesses may apply for STEP Grant funds to offset some expenses related to participating in trade missions and receiving Gold Key Services through the U.S. Commercial Service.
