Step Away & Recharge: Business Owner's ½ Day Retreat

Don't we always say that we need to be working more on the business and less in the business?! Come enjoy an 1/2 day at Camp Kostopulos, away from your desk to recharge, learn, be inspired, empowered and why not also laugh!

Your day will start with a brief yoga session guided by Melissa Snow and will continue with a couple of power talks by Jaqueline Morasco and Nineveh Madsen and a a presentation on strategizing and goal setting by Deb Bilbao, and will end with a great lunch.

ABOUT THE PRESENTERS
Jacqueline Morasco
​

Jacqueline Morasco is the owner of Spirited Practice. She is known for her creative, authentic and gentle style.  Jacqueline’s clients achieve whole-being wellness through a unique blend of the yoga, mysticism and practical health concepts. She pulls from her MS in health science and as well as her teachings in the lineage of Krishnamacharya, almost 20 years of teaching yoga and wellness to groups and individuals. She is a Licensed Desire Mapping Facilitator and a Certified Yoga Therapist.

Nineveh Madsen


Nineveh Madsen is a Swedish-born, ethnic Assyrian American Television Personality.
 
“At an early age, I found a deep sense of solace expressing myself through poetry. I had no idea my adoration for writing would lead me to journalism, let alone television news.”
She spent a decade working as a journalist for local television stations in Arizona (KYMA, NBC) and Utah (KSTU, FOX) and made appearances on Fox News.
 
Her accolades include an Edward R. Murrow, Associated Press Awards, recognition from the Utah Broadcasters Association and Assyrian Community for her excellence in journalism. She was also voted one of the State’s top reporters by Salt Lake’s City Weekly Magazine for more than five years.
 
From TV to Business Woman, Nineveh fired her bosses in 2015 to launch her digital publication.
She is the Founder of HER Magazine™

Nineveh graduated from California State University East Bay with a degree in Broadcast Journalism in 2004. She is married to John Madsen, a former NFL Oakland Raiders TE and successful athletic performance coach in Utah.
 
 
Melissa Snow

Melissa Snow, a passionate and accomplished professional dancer, has shifted her focus to helping others to get healthy and get moving. Moving Fit and Wholy Raw are the two companies Miss Snow created, as a way to help not only her clients, but as many people as she can, to get connected with themselves, their nutrition and their spirit.

Through movement, mindfulness, nutrition and education, she helps her clients not only get the results they desire, but the life they have dreamed of and she is with them every step of the way. Deb Bilbao


Deb is the business consultant at the Women’s Business Center. Deb has owned two fast pitch softball instruction and recruiting companies and currently owns a financial planning company that specializes in properly protecting families, reducing and eliminating debt quicker, and building wealth. With a bachelor’s degree in math and a former college softball All American, Deb is the mathlete of our brood.
