Your day will start with a brief guided yoga session and will continue with a series of workshops, a nature walk and lunch.

About the presenters:

Lisa Condie

Owner-Find Yourself In Tuscany



Lisa is a native of Salt Lake City, Utah, now living in Florence, Italy. While raising two children, she enjoyed a career in the fitness industry that spanned 32 years. In August of 2012, she sold her home and most of what was in it, left her business, retired her aerobic shoes, said goodbye to friends and family and headed for Tuscany.
Lisa owns Find Yourself In Tuscany, a luxury tour company, and is the author of I Found Myself In Tuscany, a memoir of her first three years in Italy.

Featured on the Today Show, Lisa was named one of Huffington Post's '50 Over 50', a risk taker who had changed her life for the better. Lisa organizes week long and day tours of Tuscany, and serves as a travel expert and consultant creating custom itineraries for clients. Daily and richly, Lisa lives a life that is beyond her wildest dreams! She is a seeker of joy and a believer in serendipity.


Vikky Carrel
Owner
-Vikki Carrel & Company




Vikki empowers people! She is a highly sought-after author and national speaker. She conducts seminars across the country in both the private and public sectors, and is a frequent contributor on regional and national television. Vikki has owned businesses across the United States and is currently the president of Vikki Carrel and Company. She is the author of Switching Lanes, co-author of Chloe’s Closet, and has recently written Puzzle Pieces.  While living back East, she co-founded Two Balance, Inc. and Mother Daughter America – a national movement to re-connect mothers and daughters.

Prior to the development of Two Balance, Inc. Vikki was the co-owner of a Texas-based fashion production company. She worked in the fashion industry for fifteen years producing events for the likes of Olivia Newton John, GQ Magazine, and designers Steve Fabrikant, Mary McFadden, and Ralph Lauren.
Vikki holds a degree in business administration/marketing. She and her husband have two grown sons, and they live in heart of the Utah Rocky Mountains.

Julie Janke​
Founder-Yoga for Hope and Healing


 
Julie has a Bachelor of Science in Health, Society and Policy from University of Utah. She is a 500 hr Yoga Alliance Certified Yoga Teacher through Inbody Academy and a Board Certified Holistic Health Coach from Institute for Integrative Nutrition & American Association of Drugless Practitioners

Julie teaches regularly at Infusion in Bountiful and Cancer Wellness House in SLC. In her classes Julie strives to teach how to ground into your body so listening is possible, move with intention and courage for greater strength and power, and feel joy in the process.
Julie founded Yoga for Hope and Healing, a non-profit created to support cancer survivors in every step of their journey. Julie's mission is to inspire health and healing in all aspects of life, on and off the mat, from yoga, guided meditations, 
pranayama and other holistic healing methodologies.


​MaryPat Kavanagh

Founder-Strategic Results Marketing


An entrepreneur since she was 20, she has owned a variety of businesses from ice cream parlor and coffee shop to furniture store and recently developed a division of the agency specializing in legal marketing.  With her experience in business development, she also enjoys speaking, training and consulting with local businesses looking to for advice in business growth, team development and leadership. She specializes in providing strategies to help business owners and online entrepreneurs create success using cutting-edge online and offline marketing techniques. Her unique ability to bring new strategic thinking to her client’s business positions her at the forefront of the industry.


MaryPat is very active in her community and has extensive experience in non-profit/service organizations including the Jaycees, Chamber of Commerces (in both Arizona and Salt Lake City) and the Salt Lake Chapter of the National Association of Women Business Owners. She lives in Salt Lake City and believes that her true mission is to empower her four daughters to impact their communities and the world.
