The Business Case for Workplace Diversity:

The baby boomers are getting older.  They comprise the 76 million persons born between 1946 and 1964. Do older adults make good employees? According to a study conducted by the National Council on the Aging and the McDonald’s Corporation, 96% of employers surveyed stated that older workers are thorough and reliable in completing their work.
