For the past year, Salt Lake County's Economic Development team has been conducting research on two separate but related topics: automation and employee values. At our Future of Jobs event, we will present the data from our employee focus groups, as well as information about how companies and governmental entities in the County can mitigate the potentially negative impacts that automation may have on the workforce.
