Switchpoint operates on a simple truth: homelessness begins in a million different ways, but it only ends with a home. Through their comprehensive Housing Plus model, they provide emergency shelter, deeply affordable housing, case management, job training through social enterprises, food pantries, and wraparound services for individuals, families, youth, and children across the state. For more than a decade, Switchpoint has served thousands of Utahns, developed hundreds of housing units, and opened innovative facilities, including Utah’s first teen living center. Their work is grounded in the belief that it takes all of us, working together, to help people start living, for good.
This December, we invite you to join us for an evening of giving, community, and connection in support of Switchpoint’s critical work across Utah. In alignment with the ULI mission and values, our annual charity event is dedicated to uplifting organizations that strengthen our communities -- and this year, we are proud to champion Switchpoint.
The evening will feature a silent auction with Jazz tickets, hotel stays, corporate swag bags, and everything in between. We’ll also offer several exciting prize drawings exclusively for in-person attendees -- including the return of last year’s coveted Wine & Snack Wagon Drawings. All proceeds will directly support Switchpoint’s mission.
We wanted to share some details about the Wine & Snack Wagon Drawings so you can join in the fun. Here's how it works:
We will have two wagons to win: one stocked with wine and one stocked with snacks.
Bring a bottle of wine or a snack to contribute to the respective wagon, and you'll receive three raffle tickets for the wagon of your choice. (Please, no leftover Halloween candy ??)
