Utah’s aerospace and manufacturing sectors continue to experience strong statewide growth. Projections show significant expansion in advanced manufacturing, defense technologies, composites, and aerospace systems over the next decade. This growth is expected to generate thousands of new positions across production, engineering, quality assurance, supply chain, and business operations. As industry demand accelerates, the need for a well-prepared workforce pipeline becomes increasingly critical.
