Amanda Covington
Amanda Covington is Chief Communications & Government Relations Officer for the Larry H. Miller Group of Companies. She recently served as Senior Vice President, Communications and Government Relations for Vista Outdoor Inc. Covington has more than 20 years of experience leading corporate communications and government relations strategies impacting financial communications, crisis communications, domestic and international media/public relations, corporate branding and advertising, digital media, employee relations, public policy and legislation, industry associations, and community relations.

Tom Adams
Tom Adams has been dedicated to Utah’s outdoor recreation industry for over 30 years. During that time, his passions in life have consistently followed his career path hand in glove. As a young boy he was easily drawn to the excitement of riding horses, fishing, hunting, skiing, and rock climbing! What he didn’t realize at that young age, each activity could be a wonderful career path. Many winters were spent as a ski instructor for Brighton Ski Resort and summers as a climbing guide for Snowbird, Exum, and Rockreation. Climbing became an important role in his life personally and professionally. While competing nationally in rock climbing, Tom worked for great brands like Black Diamond, Liberty Mountain and Petzl. In 2015, Tom’s experiences and love for Utah’s outdoors lead governor Gary Herbert to appoint Tom Adams’ as the director for Utah’s Office of Outdoor Recreation (OOR). In that time, Utah’s OOR became a leader in creating recreation infrastructure funding, hosting the nation’s largest outdoor recreation summit, and nationally supporting 23 states in creating their own OOR. Today, Tom is the COO for one of the world’s largest outdoor and industrial safety brands, Petzl America. During the day you may find him directing the business from behind a desk, but when the bell rings he will be somewhere in the Wasatch Range recreating with his wife and three young boys.

Mikelle Moore
Ms. Moore leads Intermountain’s prevention and community health improvement efforts and oversees our population health efforts. Prior to her current position, she served as Administrator of LDS Hospital. She joined Intermountain as the Administrative Fellow in 1998, serving as Assistant Administrator and Operations Officer in the Central Region. She is a Fellow in the American College of Healthcare Executives and serves on the national Advisory Board for the Association for Community Health Improvement. She is active in many community initiatives, serving on several not-for-profit boards. Ms. Moore earned her master’s degrees in business administration and health services administration from Arizona State University, and a bachelor’s in physiology from the University of Arizona.
