On Tuesday, the State of Utah released the new coronavirus health guidance levels — COVID-19 Transmission Index — to replace the Utah Leads Together color-coded phased guidelines. The Index is a balanced approach intended to protect communities and represents collaborative work of state and local public health officials, the Governor's Office, legislative leaders, the hospital industry, and business leaders.
