Anago of Utah provides elite commercial cleaning and janitorial services tailored to the unique needs of the Wasatch Front business community. Led by Regional Director and University of Utah alumnus Dave Bonnemort, we have grown to oversee the facilities of over 400 businesses, ranging from restaurants and healthcare clinics to large industrial warehouses and office complexes. Our expertise goes far beyond standard cleaning. We specialize in high-level floor care (strip and wax, tile and grout, concrete sealing), large-scale warehouse auto-scrubbing, and post-construction cleanup. Because our business is built on a franchise model, our clients benefit from the resources of a major brand combined with the hands-on care of a local owner-operator.We take pride in our "Best-in-Class" service standards and our deep roots in the Utah community. When you partner with Anago, you’re supporting local entrepreneurs and ensuring your facility is maintained by experts who understand the value of a job well done.
Dave Bonnemort is the Master Franchise Owner and Regional Director of Anago Cleaning Systems of Utah. The name Anago stems from the Greek-Latin "anagogue," meaning to guide or uplift—a principle Dave lives by as he empowers local franchisees to build successful businesses while providing clients with best-in-class facility care.
A University of Utah honors graduate in Mathematics, Dave brings an analytical, solution-oriented approach to his role as a trusted commercial cleaning advisor. Before leading Anago, Dave was a part-owner of MobilityRE, a tech firm he helped scale to tens of thousands of clients across 43 states and Canada before its successful sale in 2017.
Today, Dave uses that same entrepreneurial grit to support Utah’s business community. Whether he’s optimizing a complex janitorial plan or cheering on Utah football and basketball, Dave is committed to the growth and excellence of the Wasatch Front.
