About Us

W2 Super League (W2SL) is Utah’s premier corporate sports league, bringing local companies together through friendly competition, team building, and community connection. We help businesses strengthen company culture by giving employees an exciting way to represent their organization outside the workplace.
Companies assemble coed teams to compete across four sports: running, cycling, golf, and pickleball. Participants earn points for their company throughout the season, with every event contributing toward the overall W2SL championship. The season concludes with an awards celebration recognizing the top-performing companies, standout athletes, and memorable moments.
W2SL is designed for businesses of all sizes and athletic abilities. Employees can participate in the sports that fit their interests and experience, while coworkers support their team, follow the standings, and engage in the season. Our events create natural opportunities for employees to build relationships across departments while also connecting with professionals from other Utah organizations.
