Three Stages Of Ambition
Please join us for our Fall Business Women's Forum Luncheon on September 19! Lavanya Mahate, the founder of East India Pantry and Saffron Valley, will be discussing ambition on three levels: feeling comfortable with ambition, surviving and managing ambition, and mentoring ambition.
Dress For Success will also be at our luncheon collecting clothing for women in our community. Please see below for the appropriate clothing to bring:
Lavanya Mahate is a restaurateur and an avid food lover. She has a Master’s degree in Marketing Communications and moved to the United States in 2001. After working at the Salt Lake Chamber for nearly eight years she decided to develop her interest in Indian cookery by starting her own line of spice blends and opening a restaurant. Saffron Valley is a one of a kind Indian restaurant in the Greater Salt Lake area and serves food from the North, South, East and West of India. With three locations, Saffron Valley has over the years won multiple awards including Best Indian Restaurant by Salt Lake Magazine four years in a row, Best of State amongst other recognitions.
