Leadership Branding

Please join us for our last Business Women's Forum of 2017 sponsored by Auric Solar. Aaron Vollrath, Vice President of Customer Operations from Henkel Corporation, will be speaking on the topic of Leadership Brands. Leadership Branding is a key component in developing your leadership tool kit to be successful in today’s workplace. During this event, you will learn and explore ways to develop your own personal leadership brand that expresses who you are as a leader and how you can tap into your strengths in the workplace and your personal life.

About the Presenter:
 Aaron Vollrath is currently the Vice President, Customer Operations for the Henkel Corporation’s North America Region. In this role, he is responsible for leading the Customer Service Center of Excellence located in Salt Lake City for the Laundry, Home Care and Beauty Retail Business Units as well as the customer logistics teams located throughout the US and Canada supporting Henkel’s top strategic customers. In addition, Aaron is also responsible for leading the North America Demand Planning Organization located in Stamford, CT as well as the Trade Deduction Management Team in Salt Lake City. Throughout his 20 years Aaron has held various leadership roles in supply chain management in the areas of manufacturing, demand planning, import/export compliance, distribution management, customer service and sales account management within the telecommunications industry and the consumer packaged goods industry. He was also worked at many Fortune 500 companies such as Lucent Technologies, Scotts-Miracle Gro, Reckitt Benckiser, and Kellogg’s prior to his time at Sun Products and Henkel.Aaron holds a Bachelor of Arts from Muskingum College, a Masters in Business Administration from Louisiana State University and a Masters of Science in Management from Stevens Institute of Technology.He lives in Herriman, Utah with his wife Tracey who currently works for Mountain America Credit Union as a SEG Relationship Manager and their four children.
