ABOUT THE PRESENTER:
Kristyn Allred, Director, She's Daring Mighty Things, Huntsman School of Business at Utah State University
Ms. Allred is the inaugural Director of She’s Daring Mighty Things at the Huntsman School of Business at Utah State University. This initiative seeks to engage, educate, and empower women in business. She is also the Director of the Freshmen Academy, a program to help students feel that they belong in college. In 2020 she became the CEO and Co-Founder of Allred Management Consulting where she worked as a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion consultant. In 2019-2020 she conducted global DEI research engaging people from 38 countries. Prior to consulting, she worked for the Mason School of Business at William & Mary executing programs focused on women’s leadership, alumni engagement, and entrepreneurship. She and her husband have traveled to over 100 countries and have five incredible kids.
