Jonica Eveland is a Human Resources professional with over 20 years’ experience, including consulting small to mid-sized businesses on all aspects of their people management. She holds a Masters in Public Administration (MPA) and the Senior in Professional Human Resources (SPHR) certification. Jonica is passionate about teaching leaders how to align people and business strategies to create legally compliant programs, policies and processes that attract and retain optimal talent and maximize business performance and profitability.
