Nancy Pearce is responsible for and oversees all of the operations at her Zion’s Bank retail branch. She is also responsible for the coaching, development of her team members and business lending. Prior to Zion’s she worked for Wells Fargo Bank for 11 years. She has an associate’s degree from LDS Business College and took additional classes in psychology at Salt Lake Community College and the University of Utah. In her free time she loves to spend time with her children, spend time outdoors, work in the yard, hike, boating, tubing, skiing etc. She also loves to travel when she can.

Dawn Aladits is the Human Resources Director for Enterprise Holdings in Utah, Idaho, and Jackson Hole, WY. She has over 20 years of experience at Enterprise Holdings in Human Resources, Daily Rental Operations and Business to Business Sales. Prior to her current assignment, she held the position of Human Resources Manager for Enterprise Holdings in Orange County and San Diego California. Dawn Aladits was raised in Southern California and attended California State University, San Marcos where she graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology. During her time at California State University San Marcos, Dawn was an active member in Alpha Chi Omega Fraternity, Psi Chi Honor Society and held a Board of Directors position for Associated Students, Inc. Dawn and her husband, John, have two daughters and a son and reside in Draper, Utah.

Teresa is the program coordinator for the Women’s Business Center. Teresa graduated from Westminster College in Business Management and Communication. She worked for Westminster’s Center for Entrepreneurship. During her time, she provided mentoring and networking opportunities for students and the community to create and grow their own businesses. Her work with the center and love for fashion inspired her to start her own fitting-room application.
American Cancer Society Cancer Action Network, Inc.
Director of Community Development
Cidne Christensen is the Director of Community Development for American Cancer Society at the Utah Branch. She has been with American Cancer Society for 8 years and has a degree in Marketing and Economics from Southern Utah University. Originally she is from New Mexico, but she grew up in Clinton, Utah until she turned 18. When she isn’t helping patients, caregivers, and communities in the fight against cancer, Cidne is an avid traveler and an enthusiastic Real Salt Lake Supporter. She studied abroad in Salzburg, Austria , Galway, Ireland and did a internship in Washington D.C. She also loves cheering on the Real Salt Lake and even follows the team on away games.
After 15 years in the magazine business for local, regional and national titles, Janet Jorgensen ventured into freelance marketing consulting in 2014. She immersed herself into digital marketing, content marketing, and strategic planning for clients. Eventually, she started getting requests to consult on magazine publishing projects which evolved into providing custom magazines for both print and digital. In early 2017, SagaCity Media recruited Janet to take over as Publisher for their Utah market. She is currently the publisher of several of their titles including Park City Magazine, The Things to do Guide, The Menu Guide and Salt Lake Park City Bride & Groom Magazine. Janet also oversees several websites, a digital advertising agency and is launching an events division this fall. Janet is also a classically trained vocalist who resides in West Jordan with her teenage daughter Hannah, her Westie named Baxter and a fish named Elvis.

Aubriana Martindale is the Division Corporate Affairs Manager for Smith’s Food & Drug Stores. She oversees 142 Smith’s Food & Drug Stores throughout seven states of operation in media, external communications, philanthropy and community relations. Progressive Grocer recently awarded Martindale as one of the 2018 Top Women in Grocery for her continued achievements as an influential female in the North American retail food industry. She graduated from the University of Utah with a bachelor’s degree in Mass Communications with a minor in Business. She is a member of the Salt Lake Chamber of Commerce Business Women’s Forum and leads an external resource group, Lean In Women of Utah.

Cristine Salazar was born in California and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and a Master’s in Business Administration from the University of Utah. Besides owning 2 businesses of her own, she also has 11 years of experience in the financial industry. Cristine is currently a Branch Manager for America First Credit Union at their City Creek location. She is highly involved in the community and volunteers for her church. She continually strives to leave a positive influence on those around her whether it is in her professional or personal surroundings. She enjoys traveling and spending time with her loved ones.

Jennifer Seltzer Stitt is Director of Community Relations at Salt Lake Community College. She works to strengthen the College's role within our community and facilitates support for a variety of college initiatives. She led SLCC?s successful bid to secure the Carnegie Classification for Community Engagement, one of only three community colleges nationwide named first time recipients in 2015. Jennifer earned her bachelors from Miami University and her masters from the Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies. Jennifer enjoys dragging her husband and two children to farmers markets and on short hikes. When the kids go to bed, she enjoys good music and heavily buttered popcorn.

Sherry grew up in Buffalo, NY and attended Genesee Community College pursuing a degree in Travel & Tourism. On a familiarization trip in December 1989 she discovered the beauty of Utah and moved to Park City the following April to work for a local travel agency. In September of 1992 she began working for Worldspan/Travelport, a global travel distribution company, and had a wonderful 17 year career managing a portfolio consisting of Travel Management Companies. In December 2009 she found her true passion, selling the mountain experience. At that time, she started with Canyons Resort working with the leisure market. In September 2011, she moved into her current position as a Conference Sales Manager helping groups create a meeting or conference that will leave their attendees with memories to last a lifetime. In her spare time, she enjoys alpine skiing, hiking, road & mountain biking, running and travel with her husband Tom and 2 children Sydney and TJ.

Lori Williams, MPA, is an associate director of marketing for University of Utah Health. For the past 10 years, she has worked in marketing and communications in the health care and education industries. She has created and lead successful marketing and communications campaigns, which include the rebrand initiative for U of U Health, Breast Assured, Vas Madness and Here for Every Body. Lori, a Cali girl, is a transplant to Utah; you can find her on the ski slopes in the winter and teaching swim lessons in her spare time. Since joining the company more than 20 years ago, Diana has worked both as Director of Business Development and in her current role as Vice President of Perelson Temporary Staffing. Program & Events Coordinator
Tara serves as the Programs and Events Coordinator for the Salt Lake Chamber. She plans and organizes 150 events with her team each year. She works with venues, sponsors, donors, and event attendees to make sure each event runs smoothly. In May of 2016, she graduated from the University of Utah with a Bachelor of Arts in Strategic Communication and a minor in Parks, Recreation, and Tourism. Her emphasis was in hospitality management. When Tara isn't putting on an event for the Chamber, you can find her hiking with her two dogs. She has a Miniature Australian Shepherd named Jupiter and a Great Pyrenees/Border Collie mix named Dakota. Tara also loves traveling, camping, and running, She runs with a volunteer group called The Launch Team, which is a program that helps kids ages 10-18 run a half marathon.

Jackie Sexton is the vice president of programs and events and is responsible for events such as Giant In Our City, Classic Golf Tournament, Annual Meeting and Small Business Awards Luncheon, Utah Economic Review, Legislative Reception, and the Women & Business Conference. She also oversees the networking events such as Business After Hours, Leadership Utah, Leadership Utah Alumni and the Military Affairs Committee. Jackie has worked for the Chamber since 1998. She has also held positions in the Chamber's Women's Business Center and Marketing Department prior to joining and now leading the event staff. She attended Weber State University where she majored in business management and information technology and received a bachelor’s degree in Marketing from the University of Phoenix. Jackie and her husband Rod have two daughters. Over the past few years she’s turned into an excellent chauffeur, a wickedly cool softball mom and a pitiful maid.
Haley Kirkpatrick started her professional career working with Lehi City. After 2 years of administrative work, she decided it was time for a career change when she had the opportunity to accept a position with WCF Insurance. She has now been with WCF Insurance for 7 years. She never imagined she would land in this profession, but she loves the opportunity it gives her to serve business owners and our community. WCF Insurance is very service oriented and very much involved in our community. She loves to take advantage of this by serving as often as she can. When she isn’t working, she is at home with her two beautiful red-headed daughters.
