Husband and wife team, Amy and Marco Stevanoni have given discerning diners in Salt Lake City what they would typically need to travel to a big city or Europe to receive. Guests don’t just get their stomachs filled, but also their hearts, minds and souls. And just like you would experience when in Veneto, Italy, every member of Team VENETO is thoughtfully hired, trained, celebrated and given a professional living wage for being an essential part of the team.

Every dish uses the freshest and highest quality ingredients from local purveyors, and brought direct from Italy to Utah. The year-round menu offers traditional dishes from the Veneto region, favorites such as: Piemontese beef served as tartar, sliced filet, or T-bone dry aged for 90+ days, and homemade pastas: bigoli, ravioli, gnocchi, and risotto. A seven-course tasting menu with optional wine pairings changes seasonally.

The dining experience offers unparalleled table-side wine service and the largest selection of vintages and Italian wines in Utah. VENETO brings some of the finest wines from Italy to Utah; for the connoisseur there is an emphasis on Brunello di Montalcino, Barolo, and Amarone.
